CHRISTUS Health taps Valify to manage purchased services costs

CHRISTUS Health in Irving, Texas, will use Valify's Software as a Service analytics and benchmarking platform to manage and reduce costs in purchased services.

"Before Valify, there were no practical tools that quickly collect, categorize and identify savings opportunities in purchased services," said vice president of supply chain management for CHRISTUS Health, Ed Hardin.

Valify offers a suite of web-based tools that give hospitals and health systems increased visibility into purchased services spending and saving opportunities.

"We are very excited for Ed and his team at CHRISTUS Health," said Valify CEO Chris Heckler. "They clearly understand that disparity in purchased services spend data actually represents an opportunity to drive out costs."
