When Mr. Glanville joined Adirondack, he already had 30 years of experience in administration and finance positions at nonprofit healthcare organizations. Mr. Glanville is a strong believer in servant-style leadership.

His most recent position before Adirondack was as CFO of Ticonderoga, N.Y.-based Inter-Lakes Health.
Some hobbies and passions of Mr. Glanville include hiking, bicycling, motorcycle touring, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.
