CFO Lynn Kennington: Overseeing Alaska Regional’s finances during major projects

Lynn Kennington has served as CFO of Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage since 2011.

Some of Mr. Kennington’s specialties include revenue cycle management, healthcare information technology, financial reporting, process improvement and physician relations.

Since joining Alaska Regional, the hospital began a massive, $50 million upgrade, acquired a Medicare clinic and submitted a certificate of need for two 24-hour stand-alone emergency departments.

Prior to joining Alaska Regional, Mr. Kennington served as CFO of Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas for four years. He was also a controller at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind., for two years and at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah, for three years.
