In December, Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services affirmed its “BBB-” rating on Trinitas’ $130 million in bond debt and upgraded the hospital’s outlook to positive. After a $5.4 million loss in fiscal year 2008, the system’s financial trajectory has done an about-face and sustained positive margins for the past several years, according to Moody’s Investors Service.

Ms. Lumpp, a CPA, earned her bachelor’s degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.
