Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Certive will pay a combined purchase price of $20 million for the acquisitions. The company aims to complete both transactions by March 31.

Certive has yet to release the names of either company.

Certive co-founders Van Potter, CEO, and Brian Cameron, CFO, believe the acquisitions will allow the company to engage in new areas of revenue cycle management for healthcare providers.
