The Upper Cumberland health system includes four hospitals: River Park Hospital in McMinnville, Tenn., Highlands Medical Center in Sparta, Tenn., DeKalb Community Hospital in Smithville, Tenn., and Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, Tenn.
In the newly created position, Ms. Peek-Lee will lead the financial operations at the four hospitals and will be a strategic partner with each of the hospitals’ CEOs.
Ms. Peek-Lee was previously the group director of finance for HCA-Physician Services.
Capella-Saint Thomas Health System is a joint venture between Capella Healthcare and Saint Thomas Health.
