California hospital to lay off 62

AHMC’s San Gabriel (Calif.) Valley Medical Center is laying off 62 employees, according to regulatory documents filed with the state March 13.

The layoffs are effective May 13. The 273-bed hospital employs more than 500 physicians and 1,000 employees, according to its website.
