Bronson Healthcare Group pays off $115M in series 2016 bonds

Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Bronson Healthcare Group successfully closed on its series 2016 fixed-rate bonds worth $115,010,000.

The bonds were issued through the City of Kalamazoo Hospital Finance Authority.

Bronson Healthcare Group operates three acute care hospitals ─ Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Bronson Methodist Hospital, Paw Paw, Mich.-based Bronson Lakeview Hospital and Bronson Battle Creek (Mich.) Hospital ─ and a variety of ancillary services, including physician practice organizations, emergency medical services, an athletic club, a skilled nursing facility and other joint venture support companies.
