Through the agreement, RSource will provide the program for 12 Bon Secours hospitals in Virginia, Kentucky, Maryland and Greenville, S.C., and their patients, according to a news release.

The program will involve RSource’s patient advocates. These advocates “will work with patients when their hospital claims are denied by insurers for coordination of benefits or related reasons, educating the patients on health insurance requirements and guiding them through the claim resolution process,” the release states.

Larry Reid, CEO of RSource, expressed excitement about the program, saying, “We are delighted to establish this new relationship with Bon Secours and look forward to being a valuable resource to its hospitals and patients.”
