Tonic’s platform allows patients to complete intake surveys, like risk assessments and consent forms, and make payments on electronic devices, including phones, tablets and computers. By replacing Bon Secours’ previous manual intake and payment process with the electronic platform, the system hopes to ease administrative burden for staff and clinicians.
As part of the transition, Tonic’s platform will be integrated with Bon Secours’ athenahealth and Epic EHRs.
