Fairmont General Hospital in W. Virginia to Close Outpatient Services, Other Programs

Fairmont (W. Va.) General Hospital will be closing its express care services, occupational medicine program and structured outpatient program at the end of this month, according to a WOWKTV report.

The three services are being shut down because they were operating at financial losses. To improve the hospital’s financial standing, FGH is recruiting additional physicians, according to the report.
