Banner Urgent Care, the urgent care arm of Phoenix-based Banner Health, has selected Zotec Partners as its exclusive physician billing and practice management partner.
Under terms of the partnership, Zotec Partners will supply analytical support, automated claims management and patient experience solutions for improved revenue cycle management performance at Banner Urgent Care's 32 facilities. Zotec will also provide revenue cycle management services for Banner Anesthesiologists in Greeley, Colo.
"Zotec's superior analytical tools and automated billing processes, paired with a strict attention to compliance, gives us confidence to financially manage our large system of 32 urgent care facilities," Patty Rhoden, vice president of financial operations and Arizona West CFO at Banner Health, said in a prepared statement.
