The new 20,000-square-foot open space corporate office building features 150 workstations, 13 satellite offices, three conference rooms, a training room and a break room, according to Avadyne.

The company said this new location provides growth potential for its expanding business.

Russell’s Real Estate development division assisted Avadyne with site selection and city incentives. The selected site was purchased by Russell and leased back to Avadyne through a build-to-suit arrangement.

Avadyne’s headquarters were previously also in Moline.
