Avadyne Health adds to board: 4 things to know

Avadyne Health, a patient liability resolution and recovery services provider, has elected Dave Harris to its board of directors.

Four things to know about Mr. Harris:

1. He formerly served as principle at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

2. He also held leadership roles at various companies, including Ernst &Young, Deloitte and IBM.

3. Mr. Harris, a management consultant, has consulted for healthcare payers and providers on their payment platforms, according to a news release.

4. He was a founding member of the American Hospital Association and was involved in the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s patient-friendly billing initiative.
