The campaign, called Giving Hope, will take place over the next six years.

“Great change is upon us,” Eugene Woods, president and CEO of Atrium Health, said in a news release. “There is no better time than now at Atrium Health to reinvent ourselves as a system that not only cares, but educates … that not only innovates, but impacts … that not only leads, but transforms.”

Atrium said it will use the money to support advancements in education and research, address population growth, offset reductions in federal funding and replace aging infrastructure.

Atrium said it already raised nearly $75 million for the campaign during its quiet phase.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
