Archway Health adds analytics team to manage commercial bundled payment offerings

Watertown, Mass.-based Archway Health hired four senior employees to lead analytical operations for the company’s Medicare, health plan and employer-based bundled payment models.

The four hires include:

  • Mah-Jabeen Soobader, PhD, chief analytics officer
  • Jun Wang, PhD, MD, principal data scientist
  • Yuze Shang, senior technical analyst
  • Victoria Yang, senior product analyst

Two of the new hires — Dr. Wang and Ms. Shang — have experience in the development and implementation of CMS’ bundled payment initiatives, like its Bundled Payments for Care Improvement, Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement and Oncology Care Model.
