CMS is known for dropping dense policies late on a Friday afternoon, but with the final rule for the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act, the agency released the rule early Friday, with a host of press releases, fact sheets and additional resources. The CMS team even created a modern, easy-to-understand website for physicians, explaining the rule in-depth.
