The funding will come from HHS’ Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, according to a Jan. 20 news release from AHA.
The money will be used for community health resilience, national health security lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic and technical assistance.
The partnership began in 2021 and will continue into 2026.
