AHA Calls Give Providers Opportunity to Discuss RAC Process Issues

The American Hospital Association will host a series of conference calls during the first week of November to give AHA members the opportunity to discuss Medicare Recovery Audit Contractors process issues with representatives from CMS, according to an AHA News Now report.

Four calls will be held — one for each RAC region. Each call will also discuss new updates for the program as well as factors used in medical necessity review determinations, according to the report.

To register for the calls, AHA members should log into AHA’s HospitalConnect.
