Humana Completes Acquisition of MD Care

Health insurer Humana has closed on its acquisition of MD Care, a California-based Medicare Advantage HMO, according to a Humana news release.

Humana agreed to purchase MD Care in Sept. 2011. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
