Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth recorded an operating income of $2.7 billion (11.6% operating margin) in 2025, compared to an operating income of $2.3 billion (11.6% margin) in 2024.

1. Total operating revenue was $23 billion for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, up from $19.8 billion during the same period in 2024, according to its Feb. 27 financial report. Net patient service revenue was $21.4 billion, up from $18.5 billion.
2. Total operating expenses were $20.3 billion in 2025, up from $17.5 billion in 2024. Employee compensation was $10.8 billion, up from $9.6 billion. Supply costs totaled $3.5 billion, up from $2.9 billion. Purchased services were $1.6 billion, up from $1.3 billion. Professional fees were $1.4 billion, up from $1.1 billion.
3. In March 2025, AdventHealth acquired ShorePoint Health-Port Charlotte (Fla.) from Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems in a $259.8 million deal. The 254-bed hospital was renamed AdventHealth Port Charlotte.
4. AdventHealth had 251 days cash on hand as of Dec. 31, up from 224 on the same date in 2024.
5. The system reported a net income of $4.1 billion in 2025, up from $2.7 billion in 2024.
