Accretive Health CEO boosts stake in company

Joe Flanagan, president, CEO and COO of Accretive Health, has bought 100,000 shares of the company’s stock, according to a document filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

The transaction took place Aug. 10, at an average price of $1.56 a share.

With the acquisition, Mr. Flanagan now owns 1,431,814 shares of the company’s stock.
