AccessOne to acquire HealthFirst Financial: 3 things to know

AccessOne, a Fort Mill, S.C.-based provider of patient payment options, agreed to acquire Springfield, Ore.-based patient financial services provider HealthFirst Financial.

Here are three things to know.

1. Through the transaction, the companies will combine their solutions for healthcare organizations and patient financing options, according to a news release.

2. The transaction comes as AccessOne has added 26 new hospitals and one nationwide specialty physician practice this year.

3. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
