AccessOne acquires HealthFirst Financial: 3 things to know

AccessOne, a Fort Mill, S.C.-based provider of patient payment options, completed its acquisition of Springfield, Ore.-based patient financial services provider HealthFirst Financial.

Here are three things to know.

1. Through the transaction, AccessOne now reaches more than 200 U.S. hospitals and expands its patient financing solutions platform, according to a news release.

2. AccessOne also now has offices on the West Coast and in the Midwest. The company’s headquarters will remain in Charlotte, N.C.

3. Terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
