Under the acquisition, ShiftHound will become an ABILITY Center of Excellence. All ShiftHound employees will join ABILITY.
The transaction’s financial terms were not disclosed.
“ShiftHound’s workforce management solutions together with ABILITY’s existing revenue cycle management and clinical management applications” will help providers “ensure they are staffed to acuity — improving quality of care while effectively managing costs,” said Mark Pulido, chairman and CEO of ABILITY.
