4. Eisenhower Medical Center (Rancho Mirage, Calif.) — from “BBB” to “BBB-” (Fitch)

5. Greenville (S.C.) Health System — from “A+” to “A” (S&P)

6. Jefferson Regional Medical Center (Pine Bluff, Ark.) — from “A” to “A-” (S&P)  

7. Kalispell (Mont.) Regional Medical Center — from “A-” to “BBB” (S&P)
