- King’s Daughters’ Medical Center (Ashland, Ky.) — from A2 to A3 (Moody’s)
- Lowell (Mass.) General Hospital — from BBB+ to BBB (S&P)
- Mississippi Baptist Health System (Jackson) — from BBB+ to BBB (Fitch)
- Monongahela (Pa.) Valley Hospital — from Baa1 to Baa2 (Moody’s)
- Winthrop University Hospital Association (Mineola, N.Y.) — from Baa1 to Baa2 (Moody’s)
