2. Researchers at U of Alabama Birmingham receive $6.5M grant to investigate gout
University of Alabama Birmingham Division of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology researchers received a $6.5 million grant to study gout and hyperuricemia.
3. Gottlieb Memorial Hospital receives $12.8M gift for hospital renovation project
Melrose Park, Ill.-based Gottlieb Memorial Hospital received a $12.8 million pledge from the Gottlieb Memorial Foundation to help fund its emergency department renovation.
