Here are six things to know.
1. The platform aims “to streamline and simplify the costly and labor intensive process of invoicing and collections,” according to a news release.
2. It will incorporate custom flat rate credit card processing with end-to-end invoicing and collections.
3. According to the release, Singular BillPAY allows users to send bills electronically via text, email or by postal service and collect electronic payments by phone through interactive voice response, through their inbox from email notifications, or directly in the user’s custom branded online BillPAY portal.
4. Those using the platform may also setup payment plans, schedule recurring payments and view bills online as well as generate and send invoices, payment alerts and notifications, according to the release.
5. Singular BillPAY platform may be customized to the branding specifications and functionality of each biller.
6. The platform launches to the public in January 2017.
