Conifer oversees billing and collections for Dartmouth Health, which includes Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon and other clinics in New Hampshire and Vermont. Conifer employees manage front desk and registration at other Dartmouth Health locations.
Employees will move to Conifer Oct. 23, Valley News reported. The employees will receive a $1,000 transition bonus to be paid after six months of employment with Conifer.
“Managing our registration process under one system allows us to improve our patient experience by providing a consistent experience at every Dartmouth Health location,” Audra Burns, a Dartmouth Health spokesperson, told Valley News.
