Today is the deadline, imposed by Gov. Pat Quinn, and although no agreement has been reached yet, the parties plan to extend negotiations. “We expect and hope the talks will continue,” said IHA spokesperson Danny Chun in the report. “There’s nothing magical about March 1.”
Gov. Quinn is expected to announce today what steps will need to be taken next to reach a definitive conclusion.
