UHS VP of Development Richard Wright Resigns

Richard Wright, vice president of development for King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services, announced he has resigned from his position, effective today, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Wright will remain with a subsidiary of UHS until he retires Feb. 28.

He has been with UHS for more than two decades and was responsible for certain functions association with hospital transactions. In 2011, Mr. Wright made $872,169 in total compensation.
