The survey, which polled more than 5,000 respondents, found 37 percent expect to pay the same as last year and 20 percent expect to pay less than last year for healthcare.
The survey also found a greater proportion of people over age 65 expect to pay more for healthcare this year. Most women — 40 percent — expect healthcare costs to stay the same, while more men are expecting a change, according to the survey.
Residents of Hawaii, Iowa and Oklahoma were most likely to say they expected healthcare costs to decrease, according to the survey.
