2. Conifer on May 24 reached a multiyear, multifacility agreement with Brookwood Baptist Health, central Alabama’s largest healthcare network. The agreement expands the company’s relationship with Brookwood Baptist Hospital and provides services for four more hospitals within the system.
3. Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives on May 16 announced a 10-year extension and expansion of its existing agreement with Conifer. The agreement provides services for 20 more hospitals in the system and increases CHI’s minority ownership position in Conifer.
