Universal Health Services to Sell Auburn Regional Medical Center in Washington

Universal Health Services in King of Prussia, Pa., has announced a definitive agreement to sell Auburn (Wash.) Regional Medical Center to MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, Wash.

According to the report, the sale proceeds will be approximately $98 million including estimated net working capital. The deal is expected to close by September 2012, pending regulatory approvals.
