Only 15 percent of American physicians believe that the healthcare system needs only minor changes, the lowest satisfaction rating of the surveyed countries.
Physicians in other countries were significantly more pleased with practicing medicine and with the healthcare systems in their countries.

The Netherlands: 54 percent
New Zealand: 53 percent
Switzerland: 46 percent
United Kingdom: 46 percent
Australia: 45 percent
Canada: 40 percent
France: 37 percent
Germany: 22 percent
United States: 15 percent
