22 in healthcare honored for revenue cycle efforts, keeping patients happy

Winners of the Healthcare Financial Management Association's 2018 MAP Award for High Performance in Revenue Cycle included three integrated delivery systems, two health systems, nine individual hospitals, two critical access hospitals, and six physician practices.

These award winners "have excelled in meeting industry standard revenue cycle benchmarks, implemented the patient-centered recommendations and best practices embodied in HFMA's Healthcare Dollars and Sense initiatives, and achieved outstanding patient satisfaction," according to the association.

The 2018 winners are listed below, in alphabetical order.
