Here are three things to know.
1. The news is part of a formalized relationship between computer software company Stockell Healthcare Systems and Medsphere Systems Corp.
2. Behavioral Center of Michigan and Samaritan implemented Stockwell’s suite of enterprise patient registration, document management and forms generation, patient accounting and billing, insurance follow-up and accounts receivable collections, contract management, denial tracking, electronic remittance advice processing and reporting applications, according to a news release.
3. The two centers also implemented Medsphere’s OpenVista EHR, a comprehensive suite of clinical support applications.
