Hartford HealthCare, United Reach New Multi-Year Contract

Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare and health insurer UnitedHealthcare have reached a new contract, according to a Hartford Business Journal report.

The new multi-year deal includes performance-based incentives and will allow the 5,000 patients in the area to keep in-network rates for Hartford HealthCare’s hospitals and physicians, according to the report. Full terms of the deal were not disclosed.
