Gov. Rick Snyder, also a Republican, put plans together to implement the health insurance marketplace, but several House Republicans want to wait on establishing legislation until after the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act at the end of March, according to the report.
Several other states, such as Nebraska and Florida, are also holding off on health insurance exchange legislation until the Supreme Court makes a final determination on the healthcare law.
