The hospitals argued that a 2008 injunction that was supposed to alter Medicaid rates was not implemented until 2010, leaving them out millions of dollars in Medicaid funds, according to the report.
Some of the hospitals listed on the lawsuit include Conroe Regional Medical Center and East Houston Medical Center, both of which are owned by Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America.
