According to the report, attendees voiced their feelings that the state should operate the program, although many also had concerns about the feasibility of the exchanges to succeed.
Information from this and future meetings will be presented to North Dakota legislators, who will decide in November if they want a state-run exchange or a federal government-run exchange.
