The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place during the past week, starting with the most recent.

1. Moody's assigns rating to Baylor Scott & White Health's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa3" rating to Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health's proposed $554.28 million of series 2015 taxable bonds issued by Baylor Scott & White Holdings.

2. Fitch upgrades Scripps Health's bond rating
Fitch Ratings upgraded the long-term rating on San Diego-based Scripps Health's outstanding debt to "AA" from "AA-."

3. S&P downgrades Parkland to 'AA' after dedication of new hospital
S&P downgraded Dallas-based Parkland Health and Hospital System's long-term rating to "AA" from "AA+" March 31, just one day after the system dedicated its new 862-bed hospital.

4. Moody's assigns 'Ba1' rating to Orange Regional Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Ba1" long-term rating to Middletown, N.Y.-based Orange Regional Medical Center's proposed $69 million of series 2015 revenue bonds.

5. Moody's rates CoxHealth's series 2015A bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A2" rating to Springfield, Mo.-based CoxHealth's planned $124 million of series 2015A fixed rate revenue bonds.

6. Fitch affirms Lowell General Hospital's bond rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB" rating assigned to $64.5 million of series 2013G revenue bonds issued on behalf of Lowell (Mass.) General Hospital by The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.

7. Moody's assigns rating to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A1" rating to Jackson, Tenn.-based Jackson-Madison County General Hospital's $191.4 million of series 2015 hospital revenue refunding bonds.

8. Moody's affirms Yavapai Regional Medical Center's bond rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa1" rating assigned to Prescott, Ariz.-based Yavapai Regional Medical Center's bonds.

9. Fitch rates Catholic Health System's bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned a "BBB+" rating to $95.72 million of series 2015 revenue bonds that are expected to be issued by Buffalo, N.Y.-based Catholic Health System.

10. Moody's assigns rating to University of Pennsylvania Health System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa3" rating to Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania Health System's proposed $367 million of series 2015 fixed rate bonds.

11. Moody's affirms Doylestown Hospital's 'Baa2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa2" rating assigned to bonds issued on behalf of Doylestown (Pa.) Hospital.

12. Moody's rates Indiana University Health's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa3" rating to $278 million of Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health's proposed series 2015A fixed rate tax-exempt bonds.

13. Fitch revises Tenet's outlook to negative over USPI deal
Fitch Ratings affirmed Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's ratings and revised the system's outlook to negative from stable.
