Much of the money that will be used to support the construction of the satellite medical clinic comes from proceeds of Valley Children’s annual “Color the Skies” hot air balloon event over the last 10 years, according to the report.

The Modesto City Council will evaluate plans for the proposed medical facility at its Nov. 8 meeting, according to the report.
