Utah Valley Hospital completes 1st phase of $430M renovation

Provo-based Utah Valley Hospital completed construction on a nine-story tower, which is part of the hospital’s $430 million renovation project, according to the Daily Herald.

Sorenson Legacy Tower houses an education center, a cancer care department, an InstaCare clinic, a simulation room, and a Live Well Center. The Clinic in the tower will open for patients Feb. 12.

The larger renovation project, which has been in the works for approximately two years, includes constructing a 12-story patient tower.

The entire project is expected to wrap up in 2019.
