Texas Health Resources to open 74-bed hospital in 2019

Arlington-based Texas Health Resources plans to build a 74-bed acute care hospital in Frisco, Texas, Dallas News reports.

The proposed 325,000-square-foot hospital is part of a 20-acre hospital campus project that includes a 120,000-square-foot medical office building and a 90,000-square-foot multispecialty clinic, according to the report.  

The financial terms of the project were not disclosed. 

A Frisco planning and zoning commission approved the campus’ preliminary site Tuesday. The hospital is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019, Dallas News reports.
