Sutter Santa Rosa breaks ground on $158M expansion

Sutter Santa Rosa (Calif.) Regional Hospital broke ground Sept. 20 on its $158 million expansion, according to the North Bay Business Journal.

The expansion includes a three-story, 67,000-square-foot wing that will be attached to the east end of the hospital.

The addition will house 40 beds, two operating rooms, an endoscopy room and 11 post-anesthesia care unit bays.

The addition is the second phase of construction on the Santa Rosa hospital. The first phase was the hospital itself.
