The 56,000 square-foot facility will house the ProMedica Parkway Surgery Center and Physicians Genito-Urinary Surgeons practice, formerly at another Toledo location.
It features 12 operating suites, six for urologic surgery and six for general surgery as well as plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, colorectal surgery, gynecologic surgery and ophthalmologic surgery, according to the report.
There are also rooms available for overnight stays.
