Parkland Hospital to build $154M Dallas breast cancer center, office complex

Dallas-based Parkland Health & Hospital System plans to break ground next month on a new 525,000-square-foot building that will house a comprehensive breast care center and some administrative offices, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The $154 million building will open in early 2021. The scale of the project has grown from three stories to six, and it  will also feature some clinics unrelated to breast cancer .

“The new comprehensive breast care center is taking things we have done in different areas and putting them together,” said John Raish,  senior vice president of support services at Parkland.
