Otsego Memorial Hospital plans $13.1M renovation project

Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord, Mich., will undergo a $13.1 million renovation and expansion, acording to the Gaylord Herald Times.

The project entails a 17,000 square foot renovation to the hospital’s emergency, surgery and ambulatory care departments, along with a 15,000 square foot expansion.

The expansion will boost the number of beds in the ED from 12 to 19 and all rooms in the ambulatory care department will be private.

Plans also call for the construction of a larger operating room to better accommodate equipment.
